Built from black-and-white studio light and the deepest reddish browns (#341D17 → #1D1311). The room is dim, warm and still — lit as if by a single bowl of candlelight, not a glowing screen.
Against near-black brown, the light-mode accent (clay-500) technically passes but visually sinks into the dark. In dark mode the accent steps up two stops so it reads like warm light.
Sound healing and candlelit meditation. Singing-bowl tones, low light, and the long exhale at the end of the day.

Lie back in the dark and let the overtones do the work. A restorative close to the week.
Movement is the language of freedom. Each evening session is small and unhurried — we dim the room, light the space warmly, and let the practice settle the nervous system.
